It’s the afternoon crash hour—you know the one, between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. The hour where I seem to watch the wind literally get sucked out of my sails. Other moms have told me that they experience same thing. I don’t why the energy syphoning happens when it does, but we’ve got a recipe below to help energize your late afternoon step.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Iced Coffee

3/4 oz. Monin Chocolate Chip Cookie Syrup
2 oz. whole milk or 1/2 & 1/2
4 oz. Melitta European Roast Coffee, triple strength brewed and chilled.

Fill 14oz glass with ice.
Add Monin syrup and triple strength brewed coffee.
Add whole milk or 1/2 & 1/2 and stir well to mix.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chips or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
