George Hagan, 70, lives in Aiken and is retired. He has two sons, Chris (48) and Greg (41) and two dogs, Bonnie and Ben, a Yorkie and Maltese.
What quality do you admire: Loyalty.
If you had a super power, what would it be: Invisible.

Inspires me now: Young people that display good character and respect.

Jesabelle Melendez, 13, is a student living on Fort Gordon. She has three pets, Gandalf and Arwen who are Persian cats, and Morpheus, who is a Lab mix dog. She is also a Freedom Park Volunteer student.
One word you would use to describe yourself: Wild.
If you could have any job, what would you choose? A teacher.
What quality do you admire? Kindness.
What’s your favorite food? Ice cream.
If you had a super power, what would it be? Flying.
Favorite TV show: Fuller House.
What did you want to be when you grew up? A singer.
Hobbies? Drawing and dancing.
Is there an important life lesson you’ve learned? Quitters never win.
Nigel Lawrence, 30, is a Musician and Photographer and married to Kandace Lawrence. The couple have two children, Sunday Rose (5) and Valyntena Faith (3). Nigel volunteers to play piano during Sunday morning church services.
What quality do you admire? I admire humility the most. I can’t stand an arrogant person.
What’s your favorite food? BBQ Ribs.
Dream vacation? Fiji, or some other island getaway where we don’t have to worry about anything.
Favorite place to take the kids? The beach.
If you had a super power, what would it be? Funny, I think about this a lot! If I could teleport, I would be the happiest person ever.
Is there an important life lesson you’ve learned? Yes, from my grandad, and that’s to ALWAYS be kind to people! Even when they don’t deserve it at times. Building positive relationships is what will open doors and opportunities for you in life!
