Dear Business Owners and Friends:
On behalf of the hundreds of children and families that participate in our league each year, we ask you to consider a financial contribution to support the Martinez Evans Little League this year. This is a great way to assist the youth in our area and to help make our community a better place in which to live. We’re looking forward to another exciting year of Little League baseball. Your financial contribution will go a long way toward making 2008 the best season ever!
We gladly accept contributions in any amount you care to give. The Martinez-Evans Little League, Inc. is a 501(3)(c) tax-exempt organization, so your contributions are tax deductible.
We also offer 4 basic sponsorship/advertising opportunities:
1. Team Sponsorships – Your name appears on the team uniform, you receive a Team Picture Plaque for display, your name is listed on our Diamond Club Boards and your name and logo may be added to our website.
2. Sign Sponsorships – You receive a custom designed sign, approximately 4’ x 8’ in size; you also qualify for discounts for sign renewal, multiple signs, and website advertisement; and your name is listed on our Diamond Club Boards.
3. Web Sponsorships – You receive a custom designed advertisement with your name and logo on our web page (www.Martinez-Evans.org) for up to one year, and your name is listed on our Diamond Club Boards.
4. Diamond Club Sponsorships – For a donation of at least $100, or when you participate at another sponsorship level, your name will appears on the Diamond Club Boards at our two Little League parks.
Discounts are given for combined or multiple sponsorships!
You will find a sponsorship form and pricelist for each sponsorship opportunity attached. Please complete the form and mail it back to us at the post office box listed at the top of the page.
