Give Kids a Boost

On August 5, kids can get a “boost” in two ways. First, Safe Kids East Central and Georgia State Patrol will be providing car seat check ups and booster seat distribution. To receive a booster seat the child must be present and be at least 4 years old, 40 pounds and no yet 4’9” tall. Car seat check ups and booster seat distribution will be held at the Georgia State Patrol Post 25.

The Columbia County Health Department will be providing immunization boosters on the same day at their offices on William Few Parkway.
Both events will be held from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and will close at 2 p.m.
